Our site will calculate shipping charges for you automatically during the checkout process, and you do not need to buy anything to see these charges. The shipping costs are calculated based on the carton weight and dimensions of each product, and the costs are then combined to determine the total shipping cost.
Normally orders will ship out within 2-10 working days, Monday-Friday. Please allow for carrier transit time after order has shipped out and keep in mind that no delivery dates can be guaranteed. Due to the constant change in shipping rates, we reserve the right to adjust shipping. We will notify the customer prior to adjustment. Any orders over 10lbs. please contact Keith Window for shipping rate.
For returns, you must e-mail us within 5 days from the date that you received the product for authorization. Customer must provide original receipt. Product must be in perfect condition, never installed or tampered with, and in the original packaging. Special orders can NOT be returned. Returns are subject to $35.00 or 25% restocking fee, whichever is greater. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Keith Window does NOT accept exchanges. Requests for exchanges will be a new order.

Should any unauthorized charges appear on your credit card as a result of shopping here you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
